Job summary

fairlife, LLC invites student interns to join the Goodyear, AZ plant for a 11-week hands-on Project Engineering internship. You will work closely with full-time engineers to lead and support high-priority projects, learning team roles, project reporting, and production facility standards.

Eligibility includes enrollment in a 4-year program (senior), preference for Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, GPA 3.0+, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate program, entering Fall, as a senior.
• Preferred focus on Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higher.
• Ability to work independently with guidance.
• Ability to work with contractors at times and provide instruction to individuals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication, including reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Engineering team at the Goodyear plant.
