Job summary

fairlife in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Engineering Utilities Intern for the Summer 2027 program. The intern will work with the maintenance and engineering team to improve utilities structures for plant optimization.

Responsibilities include time studies, standardizing processes, reading process drawings, and prioritizing improvement projects while gaining exposure to senior leadership during an 11-week internship from May 24 to August 10, 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program, entering the Fall semester, post internship, as a senior.
• Preferred focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higher
• Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Proficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication, including reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering team to improve utilities structures for plant optimization.
• Conduct time studies and standardization of processes/procedures.
• Project management and reporting of production data.
• Read, interpret, and design process system drawings.
• Utility mapping, audits, and optimization.
