Trillium Construction is seeking spotters for a short-term project in Goodyear, AZ. The role involves site-based general labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials and equipment, organizing tools, and communicating with supervisors about progress and safety.

Work from Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, for an estimated two months. Pay is up to $28 per hour; per diem is not offered at this time. Candidates should be prepared for outdoor conditions and to wear PPE.

Qualifications

• Physically demanding work including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Must have tools of the trade.
• Must wear PPE on site.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload materials and equipment on site.
• Organize and manage tools and equipment.
• Assist with general labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Communicate job progress and safety information to crew and supervisors.
