Job description

We are seeking a dependable and hard-working General Laborer to join our team. This position supports day-to-day operations in a hands-on environment, performing a variety of physical tasks related to manufacturing, yard work, loading/unloading, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in extreme outdoor conditions year-round.

Essential Functions:

Perform general physical labor such as material handling, sweeping, lifting, and equipment setup

Assist with loading and unloading shipments and materials

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely

Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools

Follow safety policies and wear required PPE

Support other departments with general tasks as assigned

Full-time position with potential for overtime

Work hours may vary based on operational needs

Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the shift

Work primarily outdoors in Arizona climate conditions

Summer: Exposure to extreme heat (over 100°F)

Winter: Exposure to cold temperatures and wind

Must be able to perform duties in all weather conditions with proper hydration, breaks, and PPE
