Job summary

American Dream Tenants is seeking an energetic team member for part-time work in a café/quick service setting. You will handle in-store and online orders, prepare bubble teas and beverages, and provide friendly customer service.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays, and handle opening or closing shifts with strict adherence to store protocols. Requirements include being at least 16 years old, fluent English, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Be 16 years or older.

• Have work authorization/employment eligibility in US.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Make drinks (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea, etc.).
• Take orders and process orders from in-store customers and online services.
• Provide informative solutions to customer questions about our products.
• Kitchen duties including cooking bubbles/teas and toppings.
• Open and close the store following protocols; be able to operate independently at closing later.
• Other duties as required.

Job description

Must have be available 9:30am-10:30pm and must work weekends and holidays.

Responsibility:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Make drinks (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea, etc.)
• Taking orders and processing orders. Orders are coming from in-store customers and online ordering services. Occasionally, we have special and big orders.
• Providing informative solutions to customer questions about our products.
• Kitchen duty including cooking bubbles/teas, and making toppings.
• Store opening and closing. You will have open/closing shift. You have to follow store’s protocols on store opening and store closing. You will be, after predetermined time, required to be independently open, and lead closing.
• And others.

Qualifications:

• Be 16 years or older.
• Fluent in English.
