Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve expertly crafted beverages, including bubble tea, slushes, fruit teas, and more.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, educating them about our menu, making recommendations, and promoting add-ons.
• Follow recipes accurately to create consistent and high-quality drinks.
• Take and process orders from in-store customers and online platforms.
• Handle payments (cash and credit card) efficiently and accurately.
• Address customer questions and provide informed solutions about our products.
• Manage kitchen tasks such as cooking bubbles/teas and preparing toppings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, mopping, restocking, and ensuring the store is in top condition.
• Ensure all orders are accurate before handing them to customers.
• Report directly to the manager or owner and execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers.
