Job summary

Premier Golf, a luxury golf tour operator based in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Product Coordinator to manage end-to-end data life cycle for luxury golf product builds. You will architect core data structures, design tools for agents, and ensure data integrity from inquiry to accounting reconciliation.

The role bridges sales and finance, offering hands-on exposure to VueTrip, Travefy, and Zoho CRM, with opportunities to influence pricing logic, contract data, and supplier payments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, systems administration, or product data management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM), travel management platforms (VueTrip, Travefy), and the Google Suite.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, specifically with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail; comfortable balancing high-volume data maintenance with the design of system structures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and document SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize the Reservation System database to guarantee scalable pricing and itinerary logic across destinations and events.
• Provide training and support via live forums, documentation, and one-on-one sessions for agents, operations, finance, and leadership.
• Build digital templates and reference structures to streamline agent quoting and booking workflows across VueTrip, Travefy, and Zoho CRM.
• Audit and organize Google Drive reference assets to provide a single source of truth for teams.
• Establish data governance policies and SOPs for data entry across systems.
