Job description

Premier Golf is a luxury golf tour operator and travel company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, with offices in London, St Andrews, and Dublin, specializing in bespoke domestic and international golf vacations. As the official Destination Travel Partner of the PGA of America, Premier Golf has delivered world-class golf experiences since 1989- cementing our position as a leader in international golf travel. Backed by UK-based Your Golf Travel, we are expanding our events, product portfolio, and team. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer service-driven professionals to join our dynamic company.

The Product Coordinator manages the full end-to-end data lifecycle for luxury golf tour product builds, ensuring system accuracy and operational efficiency across teams. By architecting core database structures and designing tools for our travel specialists, you will bridge the gap between sales and finance, ensuring data integrity from initial inquiry to final accounting reconciliation.

This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented problem solver looking to shape the data foundation of our business and see the direct impact of their work on our team's ability to deliver world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Build & Database Architecture:

  • Architect and Optimize Database Structures: Design and maintain the Reservation System (VueTrip) product database to guarantee scalable pricing and itinerary logic across all supplier contracts for all destinations international and domestic as well as events and hosted tours.

  • Subject Matter Expert on Internal Systems and a Super User : Provide training and support via live forums, documentation, and one-on-one sessions for agents, operations, finance, and executive leadership.

  • Optimize Sales Tools: Build digital templates and reference structures to streamline agent quoting and booking workflows across Reservation System (VueTrip), consumer facing documentation (Travefy), and Zoho CRM.

  • Audit Information Repositories: Organize Google Drive reference assets to provide a "single source of truth" for all teams.

  • Data Governance and SOP Development: Establish and maintain comprehensive data governance policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all organizational systems.

Data Operations & System Integration:

  • Data Integrity & Operations: Execute high-volume product data builds (approximately 30-50% of weekly capacity) while maintaining rigorous data standards and audit protocols to ensure system accuracy and support accurate financial reconciliation.

  • System Integration: Align data across VueTrip, Travefy, and Zoho CRM to automate lead-to-booking transitions.

  • Accounting Collaboration: Structure product builds with accurate contract data to automate invoice reconciliation and supplier payment workflows.

Product Management Support:

  • Contracting Support: Assist with the administration of contract renewals, routine updates, and stop-sales notifications, focusing on agreements with fixed terms where negotiation is limited. This role offers an opportunity for an eager learner to gain exposure to the contracting lifecycle without requiring prior negotiation experience.

  • Terms & Conditions Auditing: Analyze T&C documents to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements, identify value-add opportunities, and highlight products for promotion.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, systems administration, or product data management. Demonstrated ability to organize complex information and design efficient, scalable workflows.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM), travel management platforms (VueTrip, Travefy), and the Google Suite.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, specifically with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation techniques.

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail; comfortable balancing high-volume data maintenance with the strategic design of system structures.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Experience with database logic or data mapping (e.g., understanding how data in one system impacts downstream workflows/reporting).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
