Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Studio Golf Instructor to deliver world-class golf instruction and engage customers across the sales floor. You will teach lessons, organize clinics, and develop custom plans while meeting KPIs for lessons taught, bookings, and clinic participation.

You will use Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, maintain studio operations, and promote products and services. A flexible schedule, strong customer focus, and knowledge of front-end processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to communicate cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of golf teaching experience preferred; Trackman/SAM Putt Lab/club building experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move around the store, and lift a 30 lb box.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and offer world-class service while building lasting relationships.
• Achieve KPIs such as lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Provide golf lessons using technology like Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, USchedule, and Microsoft Office.
• Organize and execute clinics and events to foster community engagement and skill development.
• Develop custom lesson plans addressing each player's needs and goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust training methods as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and loyalty programs.
• Keep the STUDIO area clean, merchandised, and operational.
• Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and marketing events.
• Promote offerings to customers and provide feedback to management.
