Altamira Club in Homestead, FL, is hiring a Full-Time Starter/Marshal. You will guide players to the first tee, manage pace of play, and assist guests with check-in while ensuring smooth operations on busy days.

Experience is welcome but not required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus, and healthcare, retirement, and PTO benefits accompany this hospitality role with Troon as the operator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish).
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide players to the first tee and manage pace of play.
• Provide information about the course, times, and policies.
• Assist with guest check-in and revenue verification at the start of play.
• Maintain a professional appearance and team communication.
• Support course policies and other duties as assigned by supervision.
