Altamira Club in Homestead, FL, part of Troon, seeks a Club Operations and Lifestyle Manager to lead daily club operations, train staff, and coach team members to uphold service standards. The role focuses on operations, member experience, and budget-aligned amenity services.

Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, and payroll-related duties, while building member relationships and coordinating clubhouse activities. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• AA or equivalent from two-year college, business and marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel worksheets, and willingness to be trained to manage the Club Member’s website.
• Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple venues and staffing plans.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily club operations, staff training, and member experience.
• Schedule and coordinate team members to meet daily goals and service standards.
• Maintain inspection checklists for each venue and ensure consistent service.
• Develop relationships with members and support club engagement events.
• Assist payroll management and employee accountability tasks.
