Job summary

Whistling Straits at Kohler Co. is seeking a Golf Service Attendant to assist with guest needs before and after play and to care for equipment across the resort.

You will greet guests, prepare golf car areas, service and store bags and clubs, and help with practice balls. This seasonal role requires weekend availability and outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and outgoing.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Available weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily transfer of golf bags between Kohler locations.
• Prepare cart staging area and outside service area for daily guest traffic.
• Clean and service golf cars before and after use.
• Greet guests and provide facility information.
• Receive and set up guest golf bags per tee times.
• Clean guest clubs before and after play.
• Receive and tag guest bags for storage.
• Record and issue rental clubs to guests.
• Retrieve, clean, and restock practice balls daily.
• Maintain adequate supply of practice balls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by golf staff.

Golf Service Attendant, Whistling Straits

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Ensure that all guest pre-play and post-play needs areattended to in a timely and courteous manner. Care for and maintain on a daily basis, WhistlingStraits property in car storage, bag room, and practice areas.

Specific Responsibilities

• Assistwith daily transfer of golf bags between all Destination Kohler locations.
• Preparegolf car staging area and outside service area for daily guest traffic.
• Thoroughlyclean all golf cars prior to and following use.
• Clean,gas, and charge all golf cars following use.
• Greetall incoming guests and offer any facility information.
• Receiveand set up all guest golf bags in accordance with tee time reservations.
• Cleanguest clubs prior to and following play.
• Receiveand tag guest golf bags for storage.
• Recordand issue rental clubs to guests.
• Retrieve,clean, and re-stock practice balls daily.
• Maintainadequate supply of practice balls.
• Performany other duties as assigned by the professional golf staff

This is a seasonal position that will go through the end ofthe 2026 golf season. Employees must have the ability to work during the weekand weekends. Shifts vary between 5:30 am - 10:00 pm

Skills/Requirements

• Mustbe friendly and outgoing.
• Previousgolf course operations experience helpful
• Mustbe 16 or older
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the golf season

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $10.70 - $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
