PGA TOUR Superstore is hiring a Soft Goods Associate in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will help customers in Men’s & Women’s apparel, juniors, footwear, and fitting rooms while driving sales and a top-notch shopping experience.

You’ll assist with returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards, ensuring merchandise stays well-stocked and visually appealing. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; able to communicate cross-functionally.
• Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in Soft Goods areas including Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure Soft Goods areas are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
