Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, acting as subject matter expert in their area, focusing on best practices and operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promotes participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming store environment, adheres to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, and external laws.
