• Onboards and trains teammates as subject matter expert in store processes.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready and customers engaged.
• Follows merchandising standards, floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes loyalty, warranties, and private label credit program participation.
• Fosters inclusive team environment and adheres to safety and SOPs.
