Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Anticipates athlete needs and drives sales through recommendations and deep product knowledge.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as a subject matter expert in store operations.
• Acts as a go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards, follows floor sets, signage, price changes and replenishment policies.
• Promotes participation in company loyalty programs and credit card enrollment.
