As part of a team, you will assist with onboarding, uphold store standards, and contribute to sales while following safety and loss prevention procedures. A high school diploma with 1-3 years of customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Anticipates needs and drives sales through recommendations and product knowledge.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members in best practices and store processes.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and maintains store safety and loss prevention policies.
