Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide accurate product information.
• Anticipates athlete needs and actively drives sales through product recommendations and knowledge.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert for their store area.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase while engaging them.
