DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - Golf to help athletes find the right equipment and deliver expert, personalized service in our store. You’ll support service execution and drive sales through product knowledge, while creating an elevated athlete experience rooted in connection.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, with a commitment to inclusivity and teamwork in a fast-paced sporting goods environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and athletes are engaged.
