Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes, understanding needs, and giving clear, knowledgeable product information.
• Drives sales through product recommendations and sport-specific expertise.
• Assists in onboarding and training team members as subject matter expert for store area.
• Upholds merchandising standards, prevents losses, and follows store policies.
