Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide product knowledge.
• Anticipates athlete needs and drives sales through recommendations.
• Onboards and trains new team members as a store area expert.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories for smooth execution.
• Maintains merchandising standards and participates in store programs.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome.
