• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing clear, accurate product knowledge and recommendations.
• Onboards and trains new team members as subject matter expert in their area, sharing best practices and operational processes.
• Maintains floor readiness and engages athletes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Upholds merchandising standards, pricing changes and inventory presentation across the store.
• Promotes participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and other company initiatives.
• Adheres to safety, loss-prevention policies and store procedures.
