Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset. Represents the store in presenting products and ensuring readiness for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory processes.
• Promotes customer participation in programs (loyalty, warranties, private label credit cards).
• Creates an environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to safety and SOPs.
