Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert for store area.
• Maintains efficient processes and ensures products are ready for purchase while engaging athletes as they shop.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor set plans, signage, pricing, and inventory rules.
• Promotes participation in loyalty, warranty, and credit programs to drive sales.
• Creates a welcoming store environment, adheres to safety, loss prevention, and store policies.
