Job summary

Worldwide Golf's Golf & Ski Warehouse is seeking a Sales Associate to promote a customer-first store culture and deliver expert guidance on golf and ski gear. The role includes building product knowledge, assisting customers with needs, and keeping the floor organized.

Ideal candidates enjoy golf or skiing, can stand for long periods, and have basic computer skills. Training is provided, and employee discounts apply across Worldwide Golf stores.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge or ski knowledge preferred
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 15 pounds)
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and inventory/order systems
• Flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values
• Maintain awareness of golf and ski products, promotions, and sale ads
• Evaluate customers' needs and recommend appropriate golf and ski equipment
• Educate customers and help them compare product differences
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experiences
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized
• Research merchandise availability, requisition stock, and participate in inventory
• Identify ways to improve processes as trained
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
