Job summary

The City of Griffin is seeking an Assistant Golf Shop Manager to support daily Golf Shop operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and financial processes, and coordinate tournaments and events. The role administers memberships, assists with marketing and revenue initiatives, and will serve as acting Golf Shop General Manager in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of golf or retail operations experience.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Two years of tournament operations experience required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Experience operating a POS system.
• Strong cash handling and inventory reconciliation skills.
