Job summary

Casino Del Sol in Tucson, AZ is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for our golf shop. You will assist guests with merchandise, reservations, and course information to create an unforgettable golf experience.

You will handle point-of-sale transactions, restock inventory, maintain the shop and range areas, and support tournament setup. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and provide outstanding service in all weather.

Qualifications

• Experience working at golf facilities or golf shops.
• Experience with point of sale and/or reservations systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patrons and provides excellent customer service.
• Answers phones and responds to guest questions regarding merchandise, pricing, and course rules.
• Organizes and displays merchandise to Golf Shop standards.
• Assists guests with reservations in person and over the phone.
• Maintains Golf Shop, cart staging area, podium bag drop area, wash down area and cart storage area.
