Troon’s Charles Myers Golf Course in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to deliver friendly guest service, process reservations, and manage shop displays and POS transactions. You will assist in maintaining equipment, ensure a safe, welcoming environment, and support daily revenue processes with a positive, team‑oriented approach.

The role emphasizes hospitality, knowledge of golf, dependable work ethic, and availability on Sundays, contributing to a fast-paced, guest-focused setting

Qualificações

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be coachable and have basic computer skills.
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.
• Sunday availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and direct.
• Collect green and cart fees from guests and process in the POS system as trained.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at close.
• Ensure property and its amenities are secured daily.
• Assist with set-up of equipment and golf carts.
• Welcome and greet guests and players in a friendly manner; explain rules and etiquette as needed.
• Wash and sanitize golf cart fleet, maintain storage areas and practice facilities.
• Facilitate orderly pace of play and respond to inquiries from groups as needed.
• Ensure groups have four players when possible.
