• Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and has obtained Certified Food Handler's Card.
• Past F&B Experience not required but is a plus.
• Food Handler Certification not required but is a plus.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems.
• Should have a valid Driver's License.

Aufgaben

• Attends to guests promptly, efficiently, and personally.
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items.
• Maintains organized and clean work area.
• Controls inventory through careful monitoring of all food/beverage products.
• Receives deliveries and ensures proper storage.
• Reports to department manager when supplies need ordering.
• Stocks and inventories products.
• Answers guest questions about the facility.
• Supports food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure service excellence.
• Keeps knowledge of state liquor laws and SOPs updated.
• Communicates guest concerns to management.
• Reviews daily schedule and events calendar.
• Processes snack bar purchases with EZLinks POS system.
• Accounts for cash and check transactions.
• Follows safe work practices.
