Troon is seeking a part-time Pro Shop Attendant at The Matchbox, Tobacco Road Golf Club in Sanford, NC. Join a team focused on delivering a welcoming guest experience while supporting golf operations and shop functions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees from guests and process in the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Reconcile cash and accounts receivable charges at close.
• Ensure property and its amenities are secured daily.
• Assist with set-up of equipment and golf carts.
• Greet guests and explain course rules and etiquette when needed.
• Wash and sanitize golf cart fleet and organize storage areas.
• Facilitate pace of play and record starting times when necessary.
