Job summary

Cobbs Creek Golf Club in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Attendant to deliver friendly service to members and guests while supporting golf shop operations and merchandise presentation. You will help with reservations, check-in, inventory, and POS transactions, while learning the basics of golf shop workflows.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly and positive personality.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained.
• Issues receipts for guest purchases.
• Takes messages for staff or guests.
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Cobbs Creek Golf Club, located in Philadelphia, PA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Golf Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
