Job summary

The Links at Perry Cabin in Saint Michaels, MD is seeking a seasonal, part-time Golf Shop Attendant to deliver exceptional service, assist with shop operations, and support our golf professionals.

You will handle guest check-in, reservations, inventory displays, and cash/credit transactions with POS systems in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Golf knowledge is a plus; role runs now through November 2026.

Qualifications

• Must have friendly and positive personality.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have basic computer skills, POS knowledge.
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect greens and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

We’re currently hiring a seasonal, part-time Golf Shop Attendantto provide exceptional service to our guests and support our golf professional staff. This role involves assisting with golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and various golf-related activities. This is a seasonal role, beginning now to the end of November 2026.

Compensation:

$15-$18 per hour
