Country Club of Detroit is seeking a Golf Services Professional to ensure a seamless experience for Members and guests. You will greet arrivals, assist with golf bag handling, and help keep carts, ranges, and facilities in top condition.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment on the golf course and practice areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or golf industry preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and terminology preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver golf bags and equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with unloading/loading golf bags.
• Manage cart fleet, including cleaning, charging, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain driving range cleanliness and organization; handle ball pickup and restocking.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with tee time reservations.
• Adhere to safety standards and golf cart/ range protocols.
