Job summary

Centurion American is seeking a Golf Pro Shop / Cart Staff member to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with tee time coordination, and support daily golf operations. You will help in the pro shop, manage cart services, and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role involves greeting players, restocking merchandise, maintaining carts, and assisting with tournaments, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in golf, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Dependable, punctual and team oriented with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and assist with tee time bookings and POS transactions.
• Maintain pro shop merchandise, displays, cleanliness, and organization.
• Assist with golf cart staging, maintenance, loading/unloading clubs, and course flow.
• Support practice range with ball picking, washing, and restocking.
• Assist with organizing golf events and tournaments and coordinate with staff.
