Job summary

Country Club of Detroit is seeking a Golf Services Professional to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for Members and guests. You will greet arrivals, assist with bag handling, cart management, range maintenance, and tee-time support with exceptional service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for early mornings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Prior hospitality or golf experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or golf industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and terminology is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests upon arrival.
• Assist with unloading/loading golf bags and storage.
• Manage fleet of golf carts: clean, charge, schedule maintenance.
