Job summary

Destination by Hyatt at Spruce Peak in Vermont is seeking Golf Services Attendants for the summer season. Enjoy the outdoors while supporting guest experiences on the golf courses and practice facility.

We offer full-time and part-time positions through mid-October, competitive pay, and seasonal benefits including gratuity and access to club privileges and Hyatt perks.

Qualifications

• Must be a positive team-player with a strong desire to provide exceptional guest service.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily management of golf cart fleet.
• Service and manage the practice facility.
• Meet, greet, and assist guests on arrival and departure.
• Act as an ambassador for the Clubs and guest experience.
• Support Player Assistant or Starter roles as needed while communicating with Golf Shop.
• Flexible role adapting to multiple areas to keep days varied.

We are looking for Golf Services Attendants to join our team this summer! Spend the majority of your day outside enjoying the beautiful Vermont air while you ensure our members and guests experience an amazing round of golf.

We are looking for both full-time and part-time positions! Must be able to work the remainder of the golf season (mid-October).

Golf Services Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily management of our fleet of golf carts
• Service and manage all aspects of our world-class practice facility
• Meet, greet, and assist guests upon arrival and departure
• Be a true ambassador of our Clubs and be a positive part of the guest experience
• Player services: There may be opportunities to serve as a Player Assistant (oversight of the golfers on course), or serve as a Starter (organize/start all groups off of #1) while ensuring great communication with the Golf Shop
• Make it the job that you want! Based on your personal preferences, your role can be specialized, or you can work in multiple areas to keep each day fresh

Pay Range:

$19 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Club experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license
