Job summary

Club Champion - Overland Park seeks a Golf Sales Specialist/Master Fitter to work one-on-one with customers, delivering tour-level club fitting experiences and driving relational sales at the store.

You will operate Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and MS Office, build golf clubs to tight tolerances, and maintain brand standards while growing client fittings and relationships.

Experience with golf equipment and a customer-first attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Passion for Golf and/or Golf Equipment is REQUIRED.
• Strong customer relationship and sales mindset.
• Ability to operate fitting technologies and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tour-level fitting experiences.
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process.
• Oversees customer relations by growing fittings for studio and personal clients.
• Maintains brand standards by keeping work place up to studio standards.
• Operate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Builds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry.
• Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Overview

Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assist with all store operations as required by their manager.
