Club Champion - Manhattan is seeking a Golf Sales Specialist/Master Fitter to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences. You’ll work one-on-one with customers, interpret data, and build clubs to tight tolerances, while growing client relationships and supporting store operations.

The role emphasizes relational selling and hands-on use of Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office to enhance service and sales.

Qualifications

• Passion for Golf and/or Golf Equipment is REQUIRED.
• Ability to conduct tour-level fitting experiences and interpret data points in the club fitting process.

Overview

Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assist with all store operations as required by their manager.
