Club Champion - Indianapolis is seeking a Golf Sales Specialist/Master Fitter to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences. You will work one-on-one with customers, interpret data, and leverage relational selling to grow the studio’s client base.

Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, operating golf-tech tools like Trackman and Sam Putt Lab, and assisting with store operations as required by management. A passion for golf and equipment is essential.

Overview

Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience. This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assist with all store operations as required by their manager.

Builds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry
Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics
Performs other duties as assigned
