Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of related experience.
• Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills required.
• Experience with RepSpark, UKG or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate event and tournament logistics.
• Detail-oriented with contracts and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish UA Golf sales reports and trackers.
• Maintain and publish the Golf Sales Leaderboard.
• Onboard new RepSpark users and update brand microsites.
• Coordinate weekly rep communications and reports.
• Plan and execute PGA Show logistics and on-site support.
• Support tournament setup, uniforms, and inventory management.
• Manage ambassador program sign-ups and performance tracking.
• Oversee rep training, onboarding, and travel coordination.
