Edwin Watts Golf, a part of Worldwide Golf Shops LLC, is hiring a Golf Sales Associate in Little Rock, AR to promote a welcoming store culture aligned with the company’s values. You will apply golf knowledge to assist customers, demonstrate equipment, and contribute to a thriving in-store experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, educating customers, operating launch monitor and simulator data, handling merchandising, and supporting stock and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge or background required.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus; entry-level candidates will be considered.
• Strong customer-service and team-work abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
• Maintain knowledge of golf products, promotions, and demo merchandise; assist with promotions and ads.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, explain equipment features, and recommend suitable gear.
• Educate customers on products and compare options to support informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experiences.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability via computer systems; replenish stock as needed.
• Identify ways to improve processes after training; perform other duties as assigned by management.
