Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and advise on golf equipment features and benefits.
• Educate customers on golf products and help compare options for decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store visits.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized.
• Research merchandise availability via computer and manage stock requisitions.
• Identify ways to improve processes once fully trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
