Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of golf products, promotions, and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment accordingly.
• Educate customers to compare products and make informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock levels with stockroom coordination.
• Recognize opportunities to improve processes after training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
