Uinta Golf, part of Worldwide Golf, is seeking a Golf Sales Associate to promote a strong store culture and assist customers with equipment decisions. You will leverage your golf knowledge to evaluate needs and demonstrate products using launch monitor and simulator tools, helping customers compare options for informed choices.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and stock responsibility in a dynamic retail setting. Training and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge is required and helpful for equipment recommendations.
• Customer service experience is important for in-store interactions.
• Experience with merchandising and store presentation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend suitable golf equipment.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Operate launch monitor and simulator to provide data during the in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized.

Responsibilities include:Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experienceAssist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.Perform any other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store.
