You will maintain product knowledge, assess customer needs, demonstrate golf equipment, and use launch monitors and simulators to provide data to assist decisions. Flexible hours and a commission structure are offered.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Experience in golf industry is a plus; entry-level candidates considered.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain store culture aligned with Edwin Watts Golf values.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend golf equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and compare features.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator for in-store data.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and stock organization.
• Research merchandise availability and assist inventory control.
