Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and recommend equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise and take inventory as needed.
• Once trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
