Qualifications

• Golf knowledge is required.
• Experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level considered).

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf product knowledge, merchandise promotions, and sale ads.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend appropriate golf equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and compare differences for informed decisions.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability and manage stock in the system.
• Identify ways to improve processes after training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
