Edwin Watts Golf is seeking a part-time Golf Sales Associate to promote a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values. You will evaluate customers’ needs, recommend golf equipment, educate customers, and operate launch monitor and golf simulator to enhance the in-store experience.

Role requires standing, light lifting up to 15 pounds, and ability to work varied hours. The company offers discounts, training, and opportunities within a large golf retailer family.

Qualifikationen

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Experience in golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates considered).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds.

• Promote and maintain a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values and the Sure No Problem philosophy.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend golf equipment based on features and benefits.
• Educate customers on golf products and help them compare options to make an educated decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide valuable data during in-store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise and assist with stock inventory.
• Identify ways to improve processes once trained and perform other duties as assigned.
