Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is looking for enthusiastic team players to engage customers in our Hard Goods areas—Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories—driving sales and an exceptional experience. You’ll assist with returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while maintaining premiere product presentation.

You will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, assist with club fittings, and ensure a clean, staffed environment with strong teamwork and a commitment to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Hard Goods areas to drive sales and customer experience.
• Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual presentation in Hard Goods areas.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Provide world-class service and build lasting relationships with customers.
