Job summary

2nd Swing in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our store and develop a high-performing team. You will coach staff, create an exceptional customer experience, and drive store success in a fast-paced golf retail environment.

You’ll hire, train, and oversee daily operations including merchandising and inventory, partner with leaders to execute promotions, and lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of management experience in golf or specialty retail.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing daily retail operations and inventory.

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team while creating a positive and engaging work environment.
